In January 2026, Donny reported $6,605 in sales revenue from reselling Costco liquidation out of his garage. The mix included rugs, exercise equipment, furniture, and air-treatment products such as heaters and fans.
He also tells the part a big number leaves out: that was a strong month, not his month-to-month norm. A cold snap helped move heaters. Every unit still needed testing. Later months brought slower sales and the learning curve of a new channel.
